KISIMA is a corporate Insurance Agency firm with vast experience in employee benefits. We pride ourselves with a strategy of influencing the entire insurance value chain to deliver sustainable risk management solutions leading to profitable outcomes for our Insured clients.
It's our view that clients should not experience uncovered or under Insured situations unless they have consciously decided to retain the risks. To achieve our main objective of the same, we ensure the right combination of Insurance Cover and endeavour to obtain the widest cover possible at the most competitive premium, commensurate with the security of the underwriter.
When Policy Documents are issued, we meet the client to review the coverage and remove the "mystery" of fine prints. Beyond the point of sale, highly qualified Account Managers supported by Account Administrators are assigned to respond to day-to-day enquiries.
We are duly regulated and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) to operate as an Intermediary under the Insurance Act Section 2(1).
